Child & Family Pastor
I am a graduate of Lee University with a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry and am an Ordained Minister. I grew up in a Christian home with both parents as ministers and at a young age I answered the call to ministry.
The driving force behind my passion for children’s ministry stems from my experience as a young Christian in Children’s Church. That’s why I believe that kids can access and experience God even at their young age.
My goal is to partner with parents to raise kids that would come to truly know, love, and serve Jesus and commit their lives to bringing Him glory. I believe spiritual formation is not only done at First Baptist but also in the home during the week. I am constantly looking for new and creative ways to tell the story of God and invite others to participate in the Kingdom of God.
My hope is that all families who come through the doors of First Baptist Kingston see who they were created to be in Jesus Christ, and that they are transformed by His grace in such a way that their schools and communities are impacted for His kingdom.
A few facts about me: I have been on 9 International Mission Trips (One in which I almost lost my life for sharing my faith in the Darién Gap of Columbia), and my dream job has always been to work in a church.
