Welcome to the Music Ministry of First Baptist Church. 

 

• Worship Choir - Wednesdays at 7 p.m. 
  • This is the place for individuals, ages 7th grade through Sr. Adult, who love to Worship in Song.  This group meets Every Wednesday Evening, 7:00-8:30 pm (childcare provided) to prepare and lead in worship each Sunday morning.  Soloists, Trios, Quartets, & Praise Teams are often chosen out of this group to bring variety to our offerings of praise.  
    
    No Audition is necessary, a willing heart and a love for the Lord are the only requirements!

• Kids Praise with Ron for children ages Kindergarten-5th grade on Wednesday evening from 5:45-7:00 pm 
  • This is our Children's Choir that meets on Wednesday nights from August through May during the school year.  Each week, children sing, learn musical terms, and have FUN! This group sings often in our Worship Services. See Ron Green for more information.

• Praise Team - Sunday mornings
  • Our praise team helps lead worship during our 11:00 AM service.  If you are interested in playing an instrument or singing, we would love to talk with about getting involved.

• Christmas and Easter Musicals-seasonal
  • Each year our Christmas musical choir presents a wonderful musical production which honors our Savior as we celebrate His birth. Please check the calendar for dates and times.
  • Each year our Easter musical is presented in the church sanctuary the week of Easter.  Please join us as we remember the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Please check bulletin and announcements for dates and times.
