Point 1: Some approach children with a “Faith by PROXY.” -Originated with St. Augustine. -“Faith, by its very definition, is PERSONAL.” Point 2: Some approach children with a “PROHIBITION of Faith.” -There is an “intentional prohibition”… -There is an “unintentional prohibition”… Point 3: Some approach children with a “PROVISON of faith.” -There are Seven (7) applications for our church today: 1. God is moving an working in the lives of Children! 2. God is reaching out to them, speaking to them, calling them. 3. God uses us to teach and guide them. 4. God made salvation simple. 5. God already has a plan for their lives. 6. God wants children to serve Him NOW! 7. God wants us to realize that they are the church right now! Point to Ponder: There is a point in life where faith in God must become personal.
