1) Moses tried to get out of God’s purposes and plan. Why did God not go find somebody else? Why did God finally command Moses to be involved?
2) The genealogy in 6:14-27 seems misplaced. Why would God inspire Moses to compile and write the genealogy at this point in the exodus narrative?
3) How were the Egyptian magicians able to duplicated the miracles of Moses and Aaron? What do you think God’s reaction was to Pharaoh’s magicians?
